You guys can keep your avocado toast.
For me, it’s all about mimosas. Last week, I hosted a Holiday Brunch and I decided to use this as an excuse to step up my mimosa bar game. With just a few items added to my party supplies I was able to pull together the cutest mimosa bar, which I will of course recreate every chance I can get.

The first thing you need are cute champagne flutes with glass markers. I have these Libbey Champagne Flutes which I’ve had for years and they are still my absolute favorite flutes. They are a nice weight and I love that they don’t look like the plain flutes you usually see at restaurants. You will also need glass markers, I recommend these guys for a girl’s night, or these great pens which work for all glasses (wine, beer, punch, etc.).
For my mixers, I wanted to step up from just plain old OJ, so I filled carafes with Orange Juice, Pomegranate juice, and grapefruit juice. I then made really simple tags with the name of each juice and attached it to each carafe with red and white baker’s twine.
Each juice also had its own garnish: sliced oranges, pomegranate seeds, and raspberries, all served in matching serving bowls.
Lastly, this ice bucket holds several bottles of champagne (or beer, wine, juice boxes, it’s a really flexible piece that I’ll get a ton of use out of), just add ice and you’re off and running.
The only other thing I did was fold some decorative tea towels underneath everything to protect our butcher block counter tops from condensation and to add a little bit more holiday flair to the decor.
And that’s it! Upgrade your mimosa drinking to a classy mimosa bar and feel fancy. No avocado toast required (but if you’re sharing, I’ll take some).
