This post contains affiliate links. This week has been all about Valentine’s Day! It sounds stupid, but this year it really seemed to sneak up on me. Today, Sweetie and I are headed out to a Valentine’s party where she will exchange valentines with her friends. For the party, I made these little Olaf valentines to pass out. I originally was not going to DIY anything (I actually even bought some princess tattoo ones) but then I stumbled across these on Pinterest and I couldn’t resist making my own version.
So cute, right? Ugh, they kill me. But for preschool, we have to do non-treat valentines, so I made these with the leftover crazy straw favors from her birthday party. I wanted something that emphasized friendship over weird love themes for 3 years olds, and I’m happy with how they turned out (although if I were to do them again I would make the cards smaller).
Making 50 valentines was a bit much, maybe I should have gone with the store bought ones? Oh well, live and learn. Or don’t, in my case.
I was considering putting together a post on cute date night outfits for Valentine’s Day…but then I remembered that date night is not a thing that we do that often. So to stay true to myself I found several graphic tees that I have use for in my life. Specifically, this one and this one.
